The Warriors defeated Westmont tonight in two sets (25-17, 25-20) on Tuesday night. They finish the year with an unblemished 7-0 record in Metro Suburban Red play. Nicolette Pistili recorded 11 kills and one block while
Schuyler Williams tallied 13 assists, eight kills and one block.
Julissa Velazquez and
Leah Kodat each had double-digit digs as well to secure the win for Wheaton Academy.
On the season, Wheaton Academy is 17-7 which has earned them the No. 3 seed in the IHSA postseason. Following one final match against Vernon Hills on Friday, the Warriors will face the winner of No. 5 Aurora Central Catholic and No. 12 Lisle on Tuesday at 6:30 pm.
