Steven Sellers, both of who took reps at quarterback. Â Thrasher completed 6 of 14 passes for 48 yards and 1 touchdown. Â Running back
Camden Meade carried the ball 9 times for 82 yards, and junior running back
Mike Silfugarian had 8 carries for 35 yards. Â Tight End
Marino Costello caught 3 passes for 36 yards and 1 touchdown.
Aurora Christian jumped out to a 28-7 lead after one quarter and never looked back. Â They took advantage of good field position and used an efficient passing attack to get out to a big lead.
Next week, the Warriors host Walther Lutheran on Homecoming weekend. Â The game will be played at Wheaton College on Saturday, September 28th. Â JV plays at 10:00 AM and Varsity at 1:00 PM.
