The MSC conference meet saw Wheaton Academy finish in third place with many strong performances, despite the weather conditions. The evening began with Wheaton Academy finishing a close second behind Rosary in the 4x800m relay.

Brooke O'Carroll and
Emma Chatfield took Rosary down to the final 100m in a strong start to the meet.
Payton Collins and Phia Martinez finished 5th and 6th in the 3200m run,
Molly From was 5th in the 100m hurdles, and Victoria Powell was 6th in the 100m dash. In the 800, Annabel Glover finished in 8th place and both
Cora Gregersen and
Sarah Miner scored points for Wheaton Academy in the 400, finishing in 4th and 6th place respectively. As the weather began to clear up,
Brooke Hermes finished 2nd and
Quynh Sedlacek finished 5th in the 300m hurdles.
Brooke O'Carroll was 3rd and
Emma Chatfield was 6th in the 1600m run. Victoria Powell and Morgan finished in 4th and 5th place for the 200m dash, and Wheaton Academy finished in 2nd place for the 4x400m relay, led by
Cora Gregersen,
Whitney Gabriel,
Emily Prasil and
Emma Vega.
In the field events,
Apryl Tran scored in the shot and disc,
Lorien Phinney finished 6th in the disc, Victoria Powell finished in 3rd in the long jump and
Molly From was also 3rd in the triple jump.
Wheaton Academy will compete again at the Sectional finals, next Thursday at Plano High School
