The Wheaton Academy Boys Basketball team lost to St. Francis in the final game of the all day event that saw both girls and boys teams on all levels compete. The Warriors fell to the Spartans 57-36. Several early defensive miscues and missed opportunities gave St. Francis a 20-6 lead heading into the second quarter. Throughout the remainder of the game the Warriors would play even with the Spartans but the earlier deficit proved to much to overcome.
The Wheaton Academy will be back in action for their first road contest of the season on Tuesday, December 6 at Elmwood Park. Tip-off is set for 7:00 p.m.
