Athletic Experience & Accolades: Played football and baseball at Wheaton North, football captain, player of the week, WNHS Elite 8 member for both sports. Academic All-Conference and Ralph Heatherington Award for Leadership

College: Played football and baseball all four years at Wheaton College. Helped the Thunder to a CCIW Championship in 2012 while being named Conference Player of the Week twice. Was a member of the D3football.com National Team of the Week award. Earned All-CCIW and All-Region fro his play and the Jack Swartz award for his work both on the field and in the classroom. Was a baseball captain, a three-time All-CCIW and two-time All-Region award recipient.
