The Warriors defeated CVCA (Ohio) by the score of 4-1 on Saturday afternoon in Spring Arbor Michigan. The Warriors and Royals were postponed to Saturday due to storms in Michigan on Friday night.
Ty Seager had a memorable day with 3 goals before halftime and then a fourth with 30 minutes left in the game. The CVCA goal was off of a set piece, late in the first half.
The Warriors played well and created more possession then in their previous 2 wins. CVCA had defeated the Warriors the past 2 seasons so it was a good test and result for the Warriors. The history of the the matchup is close to 10 years.
Wheaton Academy has four games this week and will be at Glenbard South on Monday night with the JV at 4:30pm and Varsity at 6:30pm.
