The soccer team played a hard fought regional final and came out with the win on Friday evening against Fenton High School. After a 0-0 first half, the Warriors found the net in the second half as
Ty Seager scored three goals. The first came off of a rebound attempt by
Reid Culberson while the second came off of a brilliant pass from
Zeb Lewis. The final goal seemed to close the door and ensure the Regional plaque for the Warriors as Ty beat one and finished it far post.
Drew Sezonov posted 3 saves in the win.
The Warriors move on to the Burlington Central Sectional and will play Belvidere on Tuesday night at 7:00. The win takes the Warriors to an overall record of 19-3-1.
