Wheaton Academy and St. Francis squared off in a conference match on Wednesday night in West Chicago. After a scoreless first half, Wheaton Academy began to work through the Spartan defense in the second half.
Grant Stoneman got in behind the defense, slotted a ball to
Gareth Flynn, who finished to the far post for a 1-0 lead. Minutes later, Flynn grabbed his second goal with a chip over the goal keeper on a counter attack. The final goal came from senior,
Karl Cassel who sent one to the window as he got in on the near post side. The final score was 3-0 for the Warriors.

Wheaton Academy moves to 14-6 and 7-0 in conference play. The team returns to action on Friday night at 8pm against Wheaton North.
