Wheaton Academy travelled to Elmwood Park on Monday night in search of a conference championship. The Warriors started strong but were unable to find the net in the early stages of the match. Anne Camille Hardy scored the game winning goal in the first overtime when she got free on a breakaway. Her timely finish gave the Warriors a 2-1 lead in which they protected until the final whistle. The win gave the conference championship to the Warriors who finish with an undefeated conference schedule. Congratulations to the Warriors who capture the fourth conference title in a row.
