Ruggles named King of the Hill

After winning the Class 3A three-point shooting competition on Friday, Josh Ruggles made 12 of 15 shots in the final IHSA Three Point Showdown "King of the Hill" competition on Saturday afternoon in Peoria to defeat the other finalists.
