Jennifer Lee scored 18 points
on Monday night. The varsity girls basketball team won their 5th straight game on Monday night in the opening round of the first ever PSL tournament. The Warriors went head to head with the Wildcats of Luther North, who just a week ago defeated Wheaton Academy in a controversy-filled game, 43-38.

The lady Warriors did not allow for that to happen a second time. Wheaton Academy led 23-12 at the half and maintained that lead through the third quarter. The Wildcats inched their way back within ten points in the final minutes, but WA persevered to claim the win.

Junior captain Jenn Lee scored a team high 18 points for the night, while Alexa Sharkey added 15. The team will play again at home on Wednesday night in the second game of the PSL tournament against Timothy Chrsitian at 7:30 PM.
