Coach Nate Odom joined the Wheaton Academy football program in 2007. Assisting at the JV level, focusing on the linebackers and serving as the defensive coordinator, Odom brings valuable experience. In 1998, Nate was a member of a state championship team at Wheaton Warrenville South, and continued on to play from 2003-2005 at Wheaton College, where the Thunder earned three consecutive CCIW conference championships.
In addition, Coach Odom served as the assistant boys freshmen basketball coach last year. Odom works for Sentry Insurance out of various parts of the Chicagoland area and resides in Wheaton with his wife Julie. The two enjoy their dog, a boxer named Knockout.
