Ferguson, and his mother Melissa. (From Grace athletics) Coach Jim Kessler of Grace College in Winona Lake, Indiana has signed his third recruit for the 2008 season with a commitment from Benjamin Euler. Euler comes from Wheaton Academy in Chicago where he scored over 1,000 points as a three year varsity player. Some of his credentials include 1st team all-conference, 2008 all-area, 2-year team captain while averaging 17.5 points and 5.2 rebounds per game his senior year.
"I chose Grace College because of the strong Christ-centered atmosphere I sensed, the commitment to basketball excellence, and the proximity to home," Euler said on his decision to attend Grace. "I want to become a consistent, hard-working contributor to Lancer basketball in whatever capacity is needed."
"We are excited to have a player and person of Ben's caliber in our program," head Coach Jim Kessler said. "Ben brings a toughness and work ethic that can be shared with his teammates." The Lancers finished with an outstanding overall record of 26-10 and advanced to the NAIA Division II elite eight this past season.
